Los Angeles - Ted Cohen today announced that he has resigned his position as senior vice president of digital development & distribution at major record label EMI Music to launch TAG Strategic, a digital media consultancy. Rounding out the partnership are streaming media veteran Gary Price, and Adrian Sexton, former VP of Digital Media at Lions Gate Entertainment, who also announced his resignation today.

Washington - XM Satellite Radio, a provider of subscription radio programming with 6.5 million subscribers, announced on Wednesday that it has suspended shipments of some of its radios to retailers, after the FCC gave the company notice that the FM transmitter on the devices did not meet its emission standards.
