Buzz Watch: Inside The World Of Alpha-Geeks at Google

Authored by Jay Baage on September 22, 2006 - 8:02am.
GoogleGeek Have you wondered what the Alpha-Geeks at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View are up to every day? BBC World Service have gone behind the scenes at the mythical company. In the first podcast of two, Mike Embley, a dry British reporter takes a funny and interesting look at the relation between innovating and eating fried chicken made according to Elvis’ favorite recipe by a chef that used to cook for the legendary band The Grateful Dead. In the second podcast, BBC explores what Google’s vision really is and how powerful the company really has become. This is an interesting and very entertaining piece of journalism you don’t want to miss.
