WSJ: Blockbuster Sues Netflix

The Wall Street Journal reports that Blockbluster has filed antitrust counterclaims against Netflix, claiming that Netflix’s lawsuit against Blockbuster’s online service is based on unenforceable patents.  Blockbuster’s suit states that Netflix is trying to enforce patents “obtained through deceptive practices”.
