New York - The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences on Tuesday announced the winners of the 11th annual Webby Awards, which included lifetime achievement awards bestowed on David Bowie and eBay founder Meg Whitman, and People of the Year awards for YouTube co-founders Steve Chen and Chad Hurley.

Multiple award winners included Flickr (5), Adobe (5), HowStuffWorks (4) and designer Jonathan Yuen (3).

New categories this year for online film and video, interactive advertising, and mobile content produced winners including "Ask a Ninja" (Best Actor) and Jessica Lee Rose -- aka "lonelygirl15" -- (Best Actress).

In addition, over 400,000 votes were cast for The Webby People's Voice Awards.

All of the winners -- who may be found at a link below -- will be honored at the Webby Awards ceremony on June 4 in New York, to be hosted by comedian Rob Corddry.
