The deal includes $250,000 in cash payable over the next 15 months and $250,000 in HandHeld stock. UnOriginal.co.uk is a site focused on user-generated videos, pictures and games optimized for searches. Launched in 2004, the site attracts close to 900,000 unique visitors a month and has had more than 82 million page views since its launch.
