Tickets.com Shares to be Delisted From Nasdaq

Costa Mesa, Calif. -- Tickets.com, a provider of online ticketing services, announced that it has received notification from the Nasdaq that its shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq National Market on Feb. 4. After this date, Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Tickets.com expects its shares to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board.
