Video Game Developer Acclaim Raises $15 Million in Note Sale
Glen Cove, N.Y. -- Acclaim Entertainment, a developer and publisher of video games, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $15 million through the sale of convertible notes, due in 2007, to an undisclosed investor. The investor also has the opportunity to buy an additional up to $10 million in notes.
