San Diego - MediaFLO, a unit of Qualcomm that offers wireless multimedia services in the U.S. on 3G mobile phones, announced on Monday that it signed a multi-year agreement with Network LIVE, to offer live and prerecorded music concerts, and other content on the multicasting service.
