Blinkx Adds Heavy.com Programming to Searchable Web Video Index

San Francisco - Blinkx, a searchable index of Web video, said on Monday that it has signed an agreement with broadband entertainment site Heavy.com, to transcribe and index the site's content in the Blinkx index.
