VOD Technology Firm Kasenna Names Kumar Shah CEO

Sunnyvale, Calif. - Kasenna, a provider of delivery technology for Internet-based video-on-demand, announced on Friday that it has appointed Kumar Shah as its new CEO. Shah replaces Mark Gray, who will remain chairman of Kasenna's board. Previously, Shah was president and CEO of Occam Networks, and also entrepreneur-in-residence at US Venture Partners.
