JCDecaux Debuts "Magink" Digital Ink Billboards at Cannes Film Festival

Cannes, France - Outdoor advertising company JCDecaux announced on Thursday that it debuted its new magink digital ink billboard technology this week at the 59th Cannes Film Festival.
