Building B Names Former Sony CTO Phil Wiser as President, Chairman
Woodside, Calif. - Building B, a developer of consumer home entertainment and digital distribution technology, announced on Monday that former Sony Corporation of America chief technology officer and Liquid Audio founder Phil Wiser has been named the company's chairman and president. Woodside, Calif.-based Building B is an early-stage, privately held firm "founded on the premise that the recent proliferation of home entertainment technologies has not been properly aligned with the rapidly changing entertainment and information needs of consumers."
