Cartoon Network to Launch U.K. Broadband TV Service

London - Premium TV, a U.K.-based provider of broadband and mobile delivery technology, announced on Thursday that Turner Broadcasting Systems has hired the company to create a U.K. broadband TV service for its Cartoon Network. Under the terms of the two-year deal, Premium TV will provide the broadband platform for SuperCartoonNetwork.co.uk, which will launch in the fourth quarter and offer archived episodes of shows including "Ben 10" and "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends." Cartoon Network's U.K. site currently draws over 30 million page views per month.
