Search Marketing Firm Inceptor Acquired by Verizon Directories Corp.

Maynard, Mass. - Inceptor, a privately held provider of search marketing technology, has been acquired by Verizon Directories Corp., a subsidiary of Verizon Communications. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Verizon said that the deal enhances its SuperPages.com service's efforts to maximize exposure for advertisers who want qualified sales leads.
