Google Adds Traffic Data to Maps Service for Cell Phones
Mountain View, Calif. - Google on Tuesday announced a new feature for its Google Maps for mobile devices that provides users with live traffic updates. Users in more than 30 major U.S. cities can download the Google Maps for mobile application to their phones and access live traffic updates; driving directions will now also include expected drive time and mark traffic delays.
