Menlo Park, Calif. - Peerflix, a service that facilitates the swapping of DVDs by members through the U.S. mail, announced on Monday a partnership with the U.S. Postal Service that will allow Peerflix members to track the shipping status of their DVDs online. As part of the deal, postage will now be printed directly on the company's PeerMailer DVD envelopes, eliminating the need for stamps. Menlo Park, Calif.-based Peerflix said it has additionally created a Google Maps "mash-up" that allows users to follow the journey of their DVDs against a map of the U.S.
