XM Satellite Radio Signs New Five-Year Deal With ASCAP

Washington - XM Satellite Radio said that it has signed a new five-year music licensing deal with the American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers (ASCAP). Under the agreement, XM will pay royalties to ASCAP to broadcast any of its 7 million copyrighted musical compositions.
