Los Angeles - Fox Entertainment Group announced on Wednesday that it plans to syndicate all three seasons of its Emmy Award-winning comedy series "Arrested Development" online, as well as on pay-TV via HDNet and G4. Fox granted Microsoft's MSN the exclusive online broadcast rights to the show for three years; MSN plans to stream all 53 episodes for free on MSN Video beginning later this year, supported by display and streaming video advertising. HDNet will begin airing high-definition episodes of the show beginning in September, while G4 will launch the series on basic cable in October.
