Too few options

Unfortunately right now they just offer multi-player Texas-holdem poker game and that too on select mobile carriers.

How will they be sure the user is of age?

Gambling age limit verification shouldn't be too hard to check for the owner of the phone, but there would need to be an additional check. Also, What payment system would they use?
