Classic Media, New York-based family entertainment company, has named industry veteran Andrew Perlman to serve as its new VP of Digital Media, responsible for managing the company&squo;s mobile and online content distribution strategy. Prior to joining Classic, Perlman was a consultant for the company in its launch with Google Video and MobiTV.

Innovative Card Technologies, a Los Angeles-based password-technology developer for online transactions, has named John A. Ward III, the company’s chairman, to the additional post of CEO. Ward succeeds Alan Finkelstein the company’s founder, who continues as president and director. Ward was previously interim CEO for Doral Financial Corp.
