Conde Nast Publications’ Portfolio Magazine has hired Chris Jones as Managing Editor of its website. Jones was previously Director of Programming for Yahoo! Finance.

Dan Moffat, president of Vancouver’s New Edge Networks, said Wednesday that he is leaving his post, four months after Georgia-based EarthLink bought the company in a $144 million deal.
