Mobile Entertainment Distributor Mixxer Names John Dearborn as CEO

Seattle - Mixxer, a distributor of mobile music and other entertainment content, announced on Wednesday that it has named John Dearborn as its new chief executive. Most recently, Dearborn was general manager and senior vice president of American Greetings. Dearborn replaces outgoing CEO Bill Bryant, who will remain a strategic advisor and board member. Seattle-based Mixxer (formerly 3GUpload) offers a subscription service that provides access to a library of over 50,000 ringtones, screensavers, games and other mobile media, in addition to mobile social networking features.
