Ryan J. Barr joins Hill & Knowlton as its Vice President of IR and Financial Communications at the New York Office. Barr will be charged with driving investor relations, transaction communications, financial communications, and general corporate positioning for Hill & Knowlton’s clients. Barr was previously Vice President of Corporate Communications at Atari.

Time Warner Inc. has named Dick Robertson as its Senior Adviser to Warner Bros. Television Group. Robertson was previously President of Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution.

Ken Werner was named by Timer Warner Inc. as its President of Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution. Werner succeeds Dick Robertson. Werner was previously the Executive Vice President of Distribution for the WB Television Network.

Time Warner Inc. has named Elizabeth Tumulty as Senior Vice President of Distribution for the CW, a new network resulting from a merger between the WB Television Network and United Paramount Network. Tumulty was previously Vice President of Distribution at the WB.
