Accipiter Acquires Online Advertising Firm BidClix

Raleigh, N.C. - Online advertising technology company Accipiter Solutions announced that it has acquired BidClix, a U.K.-based provider of online advertising services. Terms between the two privately held firms were not disclosed. BidClix was launched in 2001. The company is profitable and serves over 30 million ads per day. Raleigh, N.C.-based Accipiter said that it will leverage BidClix' Seattle-based office to expand its West Coast presence and will extend the advertising network's reach into international markets where Accipiter already has a solid presence.
