Carol Hinnant joins Rentrak Corporation as its VP of Business Development, OnDemand Essentials. Hinnant will report to Hetzel, SVP, OnDemand Essentials and was previously served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Q Television Network.


Airborne Entertainment announced Charles “Skip” Beloff as its new VP, Mobile Promotions. Beloff was recently EVP at Dan Media.
