Associated Production Music (APM), the world’s leading production music library, is seeking a person to project manage every aspect of the supply of our digital audio content to our clients. This is a hands-on job which includes overseeing the development and operation of our web software, databases, metadata, digital files and hardware infrastructure. You will report to the President. The Director will work closely to align the software functionality with the needs of our clients who use our digital assets.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing the workflow, procedures and processes of software related businesses or systems. Ability to use project management software. Includes collecting and documenting software requirements, getting management sign-off, implementation. Includes collecting, documenting and managine software change requirements and bug management.

• Experienced in systems and data conversion

• Experienced in data management and understanding database structure

• Understanding of web technologies and management of software

developers

• Knowledge of hardware and communication/bandwidth systems

• Leadership and team building focusing on technical quality, accuracy

and customer satisfaction

• Ability to communicate both internally and externally with team

members in Europe.

• Successful in bringing projects in on time and on budget

• 5 years experience

• 3 years Management experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills
