Recruiting Founding Team for Video-Centric Web Startup

Join a small group of industry veterans in the launch of a new, video-centric Web-based service. This is an early-stage startup. Please contact us only if you have deep digital media industry experience, and a desire to join a venture in the formative stages.

EVP of Sales and Business Development
You will be responsible for the company’s entire sales and marketing strategy. You will participate in all key strategic planning activities and will lead sales and business development efforts including honing the revenue model, and developing key strategic alliance and partnerships. You must have significant Internet, new media, and cross platform advertising sales experience, along with a strong understanding of emerging Internet advertising and marketing trends. Traditional media sales, and agency experience is a plus. Cross-discipline exposure to TV advertising would be a big advantage.

CTO/EVP of Engineering
We’re looking for a seasoned software development executive to take responsibility for developing and implementing the company’s technical architecture. You will be responsible for the entire technology strategy from concept to commercialization, and will participate in all key strategic planning activities. You’ll need extensive experience applying information architecture, usability, accessibility and visual design principles to large-scale Web sites and applications. You should have strong knowledge of all types of new media technologies, and be current on existing and emerging standards related to digital media, with particular emphasis on digital video.
 
Senior Web Developer
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Web developer for a senior-level position. This is a key leadership position on the founding team. It is a hands-on job which includes overseeing the development and operation of our website, databases, metadata, and hardware infrastructure.
