Fox Launches Free Streams of Primetime Shows on MySpace

Los Angeles - Fox announced on Tuesday that it will offer free, ad-supported streaming episodes of its primetime TV shows on Fox Interactive Media's MySpace and local Fox TV station websites. The Fox on Demand service will offer previously-aired episodes of series including "Bones," "Prison Break," "Standoff," "Vanished," "Talk Show With Spike Feresten," "Til Death," "The Loop" and "Justice." Episodes will be available in "high-definition streaming (over 1GB per second)," using the Fox Full Throttle video player. In addition to MySpace, MyFoxLocal station sites in 24 U.S. markets will offer the streaming episodes, which Fox said it will promote during Major League Baseball broadcasts. Initial advertisers for Fox on Demand include Burger King, Toyota and Lionsgate.
