New Motion, Inc. is one of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer mobile content providers in the U.S.  The Online Search Manager is a key player in managing the success of our products by managing and optimizing search results across all search engines.  Responsibilities will include: analyzing our website and competitor sites; making recommendations; and managing execution. Understanding of online search and the wireless industry is important.

Position Overview
The Online Search Manager will have responsibility to develop and manage the day-to-day search activities for the company. This position is geared towards the individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to run their own show.

Essential Job Functions
  • Manage all day-do-day search activities including planning, purchasing, analyzing, and reporting on multiple pay-per-click search engines.
  • Oversee bids and positioning of key words to optimize budget and campaign goals. Monitor tracking, delivery, and performance on all paid search buys to develop strategies and recommendations.
  • Create and apply keyword management strategies. Manage entire lead-to-sale process by tracking customer behavior to increase conversions.
  • Develop extensive keyword lists and ad groups and their placement while tracking their performance across multiple search engines to understand what consumer demand.
  • Research and report on how to increase visibility and ranking across all search engines. Analyze our website and competitor sites and make recommendations and manage execution.
Qualifications
The Online Search Manager is a key player in managing the success of our products by managing and optimizing search results across all search engines. A understanding of online search and the wireless industry is important.

Other Requirements
  • Understanding and knowledge of search engine features and functionality with at least 1-2 years experience.
  • 1-2 years proven track record of success managing and growing leads/sales through search engines.
  • Experience in lead generation, web marketing, and direct marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop math tools to optimize campaigns and keyword buys.
  • Proven track record of managing successful lead generation programs end-to-end, from development through measurement.
  • Passion for marketing and technology and the mobile space.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, team player, and highly motivated.
  • Bachelors Degree with emphasis in marketing is desirable.
