Submissions Sought for 10th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards

Calabasas, Calif. - The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) announced on Thursday that it is now accepting submissions for the 10th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards, which recognize exceptional video games and developers. Past recipients have included developers Richard Garriott, Sid Meier and Wil Wright, and games such as "Civilization IV," "God of War" and "Guitar Hero." The AIAS is accepting submissions at Interactive.org through Dec. 8, 2006, with an awards ceremony hosted by comedian Jay Mohr to be held in Las Vegas in February.
