Business Development, In-Game Advertising - Double Fusion - San Francisco, London

We are currently recruiting for multiple roles in business development - both in the US and Europe.

Function of Position:
The Business Development Director (BDD) is responsible for developing strategic business partnerships for Double Fusion with Video and PC game publishers and developers, casual games publishers and developers, providers of online communities, technology partners, and other potential partners as assigned.

Responsibilities of Position:

• Manage Double Fusion’s relationships with partners - publisher, developer, strategic partner and technology partners.
• Secure rights to sell specific video game, PC game, casual game and community titles.
• Manage all partnership deals to close, including through term sheet and contract processes in conjunction with business development management and legal counsel.
• Maintain ongoing contact and dialogue with all partners and accounts, through the deal process and beyond, to ensure a long-term multi-title relationship if so warranted.
• Maintain and update a database of all partnership contacts, including records of all documents, conversations, and other deal-related information and correspondence
• Manage relationships with key providers of gaming hardware platforms, most notably Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo.
• Establish sources of competitive information and maintain strong awareness of competitor deal practices and deal momentum.
• Ensure the highest levels of satisfaction with Double Fusion among the publisher clients and technology partners of the company.
• Act as an external representative for Double Fusion in other contexts as assigned, e.g., to the press, to conference audiences, to analysts, etc.

Requirements for Position:
Candidate will ideally have extensive existing game publisher and/or game developer relationships – experience in the operations of MSFT XBox, Sony, EA, Ubisoft, Eidos, Codemasters, THQ, SEGA, Atari, Activision, Criterion/Renderware, ATI, Nvidia, Intel, etc. or similar top tier game industry companies a significant plus.

Candidate must possess superior written, face-to-face, and telephone presentation skills and bring a good sense of humor and fun to their work.  Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, on average.  Candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles with experience leading major deal creation, building deal consensus, and managing teams and deal processes
