Vivi Zigler, Executive Vice President, NBC Digital Entertainment and New Media announced two promotions at NBC.com. Stephen Andrade was promoted to Senior Vice President, Digital Development and General Manager. Andrade had been Vice President, Interactive Development for NBC.com since 1999. He will continue to report to Zigler.

Also promoted was Carole Panick to Vice President Digital Content and Development. Panick, had been Senior Director, Digital Content and Development, and will be responsible for managing entertainment content for NBC.com. Panick reports directly to Andrade.

Zigler reports to Jeff Gaspin, President NBC Universal Cable Entertainment, Digital Content and Cross-Network Strategy.

Fandango, an online, phone and mobile movie ticketing service, has promoted Rick Butler to the newly-created position of Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to Chairman & CEO Chuck Davis. Butler was formerly Fandango's CIO and VP of Operations.

Additionally, Shane O'Neill has been named as Fandango's Chief Technology Officer, a position that will report to Butler. O'Neill will be responsible for Fandango's website engineering, performance and availability. Prior, O'Neill served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for Time Warner's Synapse Group, Inc.

Lightspeed Research, a unit of WPP, has appointed Frank Durousset as Account Director, based in its new Paris office. He has worked previously at ACNielsen, NPD and NetValue.
