Narrowstep, a broadband television services firm, announced that it has appointed Lisa VanPatten to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, replacing Jill Thoerle, who served as the company's interim CFO since July. VanPatten will report directly to David C. McCourt who recently assumed the position of Chairman of the Board and interim CEO of Narrowstep. Most recently VanPatten served as Controller and VP of Finance at Vonage.

ViTrue, a provider of user-created advertising solutions, today announced that it has appointed John A. Quelch to the company’s board of directors. Quelch is currently a Lincoln Filene Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Prior to that he served as Dean of London Business School.

IMG Media, a sports, entertainment and media company, has promoted Robert Dalton to the position of Chief Creative Officer of IMG Media Worldwide. The company also hired Douglas Perlman to fill Dalton's previous role as President of IMG Media in North America. Prior Perlman was Executive Vice President of Media for the NHL.

NBC Universal has promoted Barbara Blangiardi to Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing. Blangiardi will lead a centralized marketing team that will work across the organization. She joined NBC in 1999.
