Campbell, Calif. - Atrua Technologies, a developer of control technologies for mobile devices, said on Thursday that it has raised $9 million in its fourth round of funding, co-led by previous investor BlueRun Ventures and new investor Hua Hong Group of China.
Ericsson Venture Partners, Neocarta Ventures, Osprey Ventures and Mosen Company also participated. Launched in 2000, Campbell, Calif.-based Atrua makes controls that utilize haptic (human touch) processing to convert finger movements into user commands.
