Houston - Modeo, a unit of Crown Castle International, on Monday announced the launch of a beta test of its live mobile TV service in New York City. In development for three years, the Modeo service will deliver live video content from providers including Discovery Channel and Fox News to Modeo Mobile TV Smartphones.
