XM to Open New Call Center in Southwest Virginia

Washington - XM Satellite Radio, a provider of satellite radio service to more than 7.6 million subscribers, plans to open a new customer call center in the Southwest Virginia town of Galax, U.S. Rep. Rick Boucher announced. The opening of the facility, which will be operated by Results Global Services, will create 255 new jobs. "With this announcement we have come full circle since our efforts to recruit XM Satellite Radio to Southwest Virginia which began in 2001," said Boucher.
