Massive CEO, Mitch Davis, and President of New Media, Nichola Longano, will both leave the in-game ads specialist this month. The company was bought by Microsoft in May of 2006 to bring ads to the Xbox 360, and apply Massive technology to services such as Windows Live and MSN. No reason was given for the departure of the two executives.

KickApps,a provider of a hosted application service for entertainment, lifestyle, sports, health and education content websites, announced today that Alex Blum will join the company as CEO beginning February 1. Backed by Spark Capital and Prism VentureWorks, KickApps offers a hosted platform that provides major media and high traffic websites with a full range of user-generated video, social networking and media management functionality.

Blum was previously the President and COO of JumpTV a multi-cultural IPTV network. Prior to JumpTV, Blum spent eight years with AOL, most recently as Vice President of Product Marketing for AOL’s Audience Business.

The American Association of Independent Music (A2IM) announced today that Richard Bengloff has left his post as Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of WNYC Radio to become the permanent President of A2IM. Bengloff is based in Manhattan and will officially start this role today, Wednesday, January 10, 2007.

Turner Broadcasting System announced today the appointment of Beth Goss as Executive Vice President of Cartoon Network's Ad Sales, Marketing and Enterprises group, effective January 29. Goss will be based in New York and will report to David Levy, President of Turner Entertainment Ad Sales and Marketing and President of Turner Sports. Goss spent that past seven years working for Universal Pictures in a variety of executive marketing and licensing positions.

Reporting to Goss will be John O'Hara, Senior Vice president and General Sales Manager, Phyllis Ehrlich, Senior Vice President of ad Sales Promotions and Marketing, and John Friend, Senior Vice President of Cartoon Network Enterprises.
