Stamford, Conn. - M2 Media Group, a magazine subscription agency, has acquired the online magazine website BlueDolphin.com from Zinio Systems, for an undisclosed price.

BlueDolphin.com operates an e-commerce platform with a large installed base of magazine buyers. Last month, M2 announced a license deal with priceline.com to launch a "Name Your Own Price" magazine service called MyPrice Magazines.

The combination of BlueDolphin.com and MyPrice Magazines allows M2 to offer consumers more about 1,300 magazine titles.
