San Mateo, Calif. - Genius.com, a developer of marketing software and online services, announced on Thursday that it has raised $10 million in its second round of venture capital financing, led by Mohr Davidow Ventures.

Existing investors Emergence Capital Partners and Walden International also participated. San Mateo, Calif.-based Genius.com said its products allow sales and marketing professionals to instantly qualify prospects, determine the success of marketing initiatives, and personalize customer service.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its product development, marketing and sales initiatives.
