Sunnyvale, Calif. - Internet giant Yahoo said on Friday that it has launched a new personal finance website, featuring tools and information focused on nine major areas such as banking, real estate and retirement.
The site features content from 25 providers -- including CNNMoney.com, Consumer Reports, Kiplinger, The Motley Fool and The Wall Street Journal -- as well as 48 original "how to" guides and more than 60 financial calculators.
Yahoo said that the new site provides it with a new platform for advertisers.
