Multimedia Delivery Technology Firm Stoke Raises $20 Million

Santa Clara, Calif. - Stoke, a developer of hardware and software that allows network operators to deliver multimedia services concurrently over fixed and wireless broadband access technologies, said on Monday that it has raised $20 million in its third round of funding.

DAG Ventures led the round, which also included previous investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sequoia Capital.

The Santa Clara, Calif.-based company, which has now raised more than $50 million to date, said that it will use the new capital to increase its sales and marketing activities, as well as to bolster its product development.
