Former Yahoo, ABC Exec Braun, Gail Berman Plan Production Company

New York - Lloyd Braun, the former ABC network head who was recruited to lead Yahoo's media division in 2004 -- but resigned two months ago -- and former Paramount Pictures president Gail Berman have formed a new TV, film and Internet production company, The New York Times reported on Tuesday.

Berman left her position at Paramount earlier this month. The media executives' new company is expected to be called Berman-Braun Productions.

An entertainment industry executive close to Braun and Berman told The Times the company may seek financing from as many as three partners.
