Business Development Executive – ON24 – San Francisco, CA

ON24 has recently launched Insight24, a B2B rich media directory of webcasts, podcasts, corporate videos, and online demos. It allows companies to leverage their existing rich media investments to reach new B2B audiences, improving their ability to identify new leads. The Insight24 team is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Rapidly build the Insight24 syndication network
• Expanding Insight24 content by recruiting new content providers/partners
• Driving sales of Insight24 lead generation solutions
• Identifying and driving new business opportunities with syndication partners

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years sales and marketing experience with an Internet lead generation or publishing company is required
• 2+ years sales experience where phone prospecting was required
• Experience establishing and/or managing syndication partnerships is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and presentation/influencing abilities
• Undergraduate degree required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Easy to work with but driven to achieve results
• Ability to lead projects, including projects with senior management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a high pressure, ever changing environment
