New York - Digital Railroad, an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of professional photography, announced on Monday that it has raised $10 million in its second round of venture capital financing, led by DN Capital.

Previous investors Morgenthaler Ventures and Venrock Associates also participated.

New York-based Digital Railroad's service is used by professional photographers and photo agencies to manage, market and sell their images to thousands of buyers in nearly 60 countries.

The company will use the funds for product development, marketing, and to open international offices, beginning with Milan.
