Chad and Ryan Steelberg, brothers and founders of radio advertising company dMarc – now owned by Google – have stepped down a little more than one year after Google acquired it, the search giant confirmed on Friday. A Google spokesman declined to comment on those claims or discuss why the Steelbergs left. Google began testing its Audio Ads program for radio, using the dMarc technology, late last year.

MobiTV, provider of mobile and broadband television and music services, today announced the appointment of Simon Bax to its Board of Directors. Most recently, Bax was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pixar Animation Studios. During his time at Pixar he was voted Bay Area CFO of the Year by San Francisco Business Times. The addition of Bax brings the number of MobiTV directors to ten. The other MobiTV board members are Adm. B.R. Inman, Jarl Mohn, John Jarve, Jeff Brody, Vern Stevenson, Dr. Phillip Alvelda, Paul Scanlan, Jeff Annison and Bandel Carano.

Hook Mobile, the creator of P2P digital asset marketplaces for entertainment companies, today announced that it has added Tom Dusenberry to its Board of Directors. Dusenberry was the founder and CEO of Hasbro Interactive and Games.com and was a top executive at Parker Brothers and Milton Bradley Games for 22 years. Dusenberry is closely associated with great games like Monopoly and Scrabble. Dusenberry led Hasbro Interactive's acquisition of major game companies, including Atari and Wizards of the Coast.

Michael Rosenberg, President of KOCH Entertainment Distribution, an independent music and video company, today announced the promotion of Eric Lemasters to the position of VP Business Development.  Lemasters joined KOCH in 2005 as Director of Label Relations & New Media.  In his newly-expanded role, he will be responsible for cultivating new physical and digital distribution agreements and maximizing the company’s digital audio and video initiatives.  Lemasters will continue to report to Rosenberg.
