Los Angeles - Video-sharing service provider Veoh Networks on Tuesday announced its official launch, after a year of beta testing. The service includes automatic syndication and reporting features for video publishers; a downloadable player that can download videos from across the Web; and a peer-to-peer delivery network that lets publishers upload videos of any length or file size for distribution. Publishers can choose to either offer their videos through pay-per-view, pay-to-own, or subscription-based models, or else generate revenue through ads sold either by Veoh or themselves. Los Angeles-based Veoh attracts about 520,000 monthly visitors, according to Nielsen NetRatings.
