Maynard, Mass. - The New York Times Co. said on Wednesday that it has formed a new marketing partnership with online employment firm Monster Worldwide.
Under the deal, 19 of the Times Co.'s newspaper websites -- including The New York Times and The Boston Globe -- will co-brand their online recruitment advertising sites with Monster.
The expanded sites will feature Monster's career tools and content, and allow recruiters to post job listings locally as well as nationally.
Janet Robinson, the CEO of The New York Times, said that the deal "will significantly increase our presence in the online recruitment space."
The co-branded sites will begin to appear in March.
