HandHeld Entertainment Receives Nasdaq Notice

San Francisco - HandHeld Entertainment, a maker of personal media players and operator of digital media content sites, said that it has received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market stating that it was out of compliance with a market rule for failing to file a required notice in timely fashion.

The company said that it has since provided all documentation requested by the Nasdaq that is needed to regain compliance with the rule.
