Viacom Inc., an entertainment content company, today announced Blythe J. McGarvie as an Independent Member of the Viacom Board of Directors, effective April 12, 2007. McGarvie was also elected to serve on the Audit Committee. Ellen Futter will be leaving the Board of Directors effective the April 12, 2007.
