Friendster Signs Multi-Year Advertising Deal With Google

San Francisco - Online social network Friendster announced on Wednesday that it has signed a new, multi-year agreement with Google to provide search and keyword advertising on its site, replacing previous partner Yahoo.

Google will now serve ads for San Francisco-based Friendster's more than 40 million users in over 75 countries.

Friendster currently claims 19 million monthly visitors, and 6 billion page views per month.
